Outlined below are instructions on how to log in to the TRAX iMatch system.
After you have read the stages outlined below and if you are still unclear about how to log in or are experiencing difficulties in doing so, we strongly advise you to contact your administrator (located in your firm) for assistance.
Stage 1
Visit the TRAX iMatch login page located at www.xtrakter.com/traximatchlogin.aspx. Please note that you will need to know your login credentials. Your login credentials (usernames and passwords) are supplied by your systems administrator (located in your firm). When you visit the TRAX iMatch login page you will see a screen like the one outlined below.
Stage 2
Please ensure you have allowed pop-ups to run from this site, otherwise you may incur difficulties in loading the Citrix application. When the Citrix application has loaded you will be presented with the following screen images. Click on the TRAX iMatch icon (jigsaw pieces and text) to launch the TRAX trade matching and regulatory reporting view screen.
Stage 3
After you have double clicked on the TRAX iMatch icon, Citrix will attempt to connect to the TRAX server in the UK and the following image will appear on your screen:
Stage 4
When Citrix has connected to the TRAX server, a pop-up window will appear (as outlined below) and you now need to enter in your subscriber, username and password details. This information is available from your administrator (located in your firm). You cannot use the TRAX system without this information.
