    Services notice board

    Due to the scheduled maintenance work at our Cannon Street offices telephone calls to Xtrakter will be unavailable from Midnight Friday 30/09/2011 until A.M Sunday 2/10/2011. Xtrakter we have set up an alternative number. Instead of ringing the usual numbers clients should ring 020 8249 6030 which will divert to the Duty Manager’s who will be able to deal with the call.

    This section provides Xtrakter's clients with information relating to service outages, maintenance schedules, general notices and useful contact data. Outlined below you will find information that aims to help you to better plan your usage of our products and services.

    The premium services section provides information relating to premium services such as TRAX, TRAX iMatch, Xtrakter.info, the Xtrakter prices service, XNAV, XM2M, XREF and XVOL. Clients require a password to access this section of the services notice board.

    Xtrakter policy - Bank Identifier Code (BIC) database

     

    Due to recent enquiries Xtrakter would wish to clarify its policy in regard to the maintenance of its Bank Identifier Code (BIC) database.

    Xtrakter works with both the Competent Authorities (CA) and its clients in order to reduce any errors in transaction reporting.  In regard to the adding of BICs to our database Xtrakter aligns the refresh of this database with the CA to ensure that rejections in regards to this do not occur.  Therefore Xtrakter performs its refresh at the end of each month which reflects any intra month changes.

    Issuance of ISIN FR00190915074, FR0010916734

     

    On 24 June 2010, the relevant numbering agency mistakenly assigned the ISIN code FR0010915074 to two Bonds:

    RENAULT 2.76% JPY7Bln due 25 June 2013 and RENAULT 5.625% EUR400m, due 30 June 2015.

    As a result, the ISIN FR0010915074 was published on various services mistakenly against the latter Bond.

    On 25 June 2010, the ISIN FR0010915074 was withdrawn from RENAULT 5.625% EUR400m, due 30 June 2015 and assigned exclusively to RENAULT 2.76% JPY7Bln due 25 June 2013.

    ISIN code FR0010916734 was subsequently assigned to RENAULT 5.625% EUR400m, due 30 June 2015.

    Please therefore be informed that that a result of the wrong details being submitted, Xtrakter would recommend that any previously reported transactions with the ISIN FR0010915074 are cancelled and a transaction resubmitted with the correct details  including ISIN according to the trade agreed.
