    FSA publishes finalised guidance on reporting strategy trades

    The UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) has published finalised guidance relating to reporting strategy trades.

     

    This guidance is likely to be of most relevance to authorised firms with transaction reporting obligations and relates to the SUP17 section of the FSA Handbook.

     

    This guidance was finalised following a 4-week consultation period which ended on 22 February.
