World Financial Information Conference:

 

This conference is designed to facilitate the global market data community to debate and deliberate  a better understanding of the macro forces impacting the industry and the most effective ways to respond to them.

 

FISD anticipates that 350 market data industry professionals will attend this the 9th biennial World Financial Information Conference (WFIC), the only global conference focused exclusively on the issues associated with the dissemination, management and use of financial information.

 

The conference offers two and a half days of educational sessions, meals and off-site networking events enabling attendees to interact in a neutral environment to develop better communication with the major players in the market data industry. The sessions will include a combination of keynote presentations, panel discussions and case studies.

 

About FISD:

The Software & Information Industry Association's (SIIA) Financial Information Services Division (FISD) was established to provide a neutral and balanced business forum for exchanges, third-party providers, market data vendors, brokerage firms, asset managers, and banks to address and resolve issues related to the dissemination, management, administration and use of financial information.

Members participate in FISD to exchange ideas, establish new levels of mutual understanding, and improve the business climate associated with the worldwide flow of financial information
