The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is Europe's principal listing centre for international securities. It lists around 45,000 securities, including 30,200 bonds, representing more than 40% of international bonds listed on European markets. It also lists 7,200 investment funds and is active in listing Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs).
Under a partnership agreement with NYSE Euronext, all listed securities are tradable on the UTP platform of NYSE Euronext. The partnership also covers the Luxnext EEIG, to develop a common standard for the listing and trading of corporate bonds.
The LuxSE operates a wholly-owned subsidiary named Finesti, focusing on the collection, management and dissemination of investment fund data and documents.
